What is the Friday Night Cruise-In?

The Friday Night Cruise-In is an open-class event — even if you have a vehicle newer than 1999, you're welcome to come check out the Friday night festivities. The event starts around 4 PM. The first 100 cars receive an event sticker and special awards from local celebrities or the committee, such as Mayor's Choice, Chief's Choice, etc.

What is the Wine Country Cruise & Poker Run?

The Wine Country Cruise is a self-driving tour of five of our best local wineries. It takes place on the afternoon of Friday, June 5th. You'll start at that year's designated starting location (found on the poker run sheet) and end at the show grounds in Sugarcreek. You can start as early as 2 PM and complete the cruise at your own leisure.

You can also participate in the optional Poker Run. Each winery will have a deck of cards and mark your sheet. Turn in your sheet at the show and the best hand wins a prize — sheets must be in by 6:00 PM to be eligible. For more info, click here.

Saturday

Car Registration — Vehicles 1999 and older

Pre-register here — print, fill out, and mail in the form. You can also register at the show from 9 AM to 1 PM. The first 100 cars receive an event sticker and a free t-shirt. Saturday is a professionally judged show for vehicles 1999 and older. Cars must be registered by 1 PM to be judged.

Present your pre-registration or pay for registration as you pull down Broadway into the event area. Your car will be judged before you enter the grounds. After judging, you'll be directed to parking. If you and friends want to park together, you must enter together — no saving spaces.

Awards

Best of Show receives a $500 cash prize. The Top 50 will also receive a unique award. Bring your window card with your car number to claim your prize. Must be present to win.

Cash Prize Drawing

There will be a random drawing for five $100 cash prizes. The drawing uses your car registration number and takes place at the same time as the other awards (4 PM). Bring your window card. Must be present to win.

How are the cars judged?

Cars are judged by professional judges who receive no input from the committee. Since vehicles are judged on the way into the show, no deductions are made for bugs or road dirt. The judges' decisions are final. If you prefer not to have your car judged, simply let the registration team know on your way in.
